Karnataka to create 10L jobs in IT and related sector by 2025.

BENGALURU: The Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) will create ten lakh jobs by 2025 in the state as it will attract more investments in the information technology sector, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister Dr C N Ashwath Narayan said on Tuesday.
"The KDEM will create ten lakh jobs by 2025 and will help Karnataka to reach the goal of USD 150 Billion in IT exports and also to become a USD 300 Billion Economy by 2025," Narayan, who holds the electronic and the IT-BT portfolio, said.

Cybersecurity job postings up by 16% in the last year: Jobs portal Indeed

New Delhi: Postings for cyber security jobs have increased by 16% in January in the past one year, shows data from job website Indeed. Searches were also up 10%.
Postings had dropped 33% in July 2020, but started recovering after that and peaked in October at 30-32% compared to January.
